The training course will place particular emphasis on the participatory approach, and participants will be expected to take a very active part in the proceedings. They will be called upon to respond at all stages of their training thus creating an environment which will generate pertinent ideas and comments and contributing to the exchange of information.
The teaching will include presentations and exercises to be performed by the participants themselves with the help of experts on international labour law and in particular on freedom of association and of trainers from the International Training Centre of the ILO.
The working languages will be English and French; interpreting services will be provided.
